Farm Dinner | 8.31.24
So grateful to those who helped make this dream a reality, including the wonderful people who dined with us amongst the buckwheat cover crop 🌱
The meal was served on tables built from white pine felled and milled on this land. Every vegetable, herb, and flower used was grown on the farm. Can’t say how much it means to share our little piece of the world through an event like this.
Thank you —
for capturing the moments 📸
for bringing the magic
for everything!
To our amazing crew and of course our all-star babysitter!!!

So much to be grateful for. Today it’s peaches. Harvested the last of the donuts yesterday (ironically the tree with the most blossoms produced the least amount of fruit), which were wildly juicy and delicious. Our first year with fruit — two more trees with heavy branches are yet to ripen, can’t wait to taste them! If the stars align there will definitely be fresh peaches on our farm dinner menu (officially sold out!).

Last week we harvested all of our garlic, and are now officially using this year’s crop in our Tahini Dip! MOFGA Certified Organic✌️

Breakfast these days looks a lot like this. Omelet, garlic scape pesto, Labneh, greens, layered in a warmed pita. It’s hard to get Dolev to eat eggs - never mind pesto or lettuce - unless it’s in a pita! So simple, so tasty, and so many possible combinations!

Although the journey is never-ending, it’s gratifying to look back on the path that bought us to where we are today. Many thanks to journalist and photographer — it was wonderful spending time with you both on the farm.
