This program will explore the glitch aesthetic and post-digital genres which abandon pure and pristine sound in favor of errors, artifacts, and glitches. The exploration will focus primarily on dance and midtempo tracks, but also touch on ambient glitch styles. It will enter without fear the realm of heavy ba

ss lines, at one end smooth and wobbly, and at the other, crunchy and distorted. There will be landscape textures of synth ranging from spare and minimal to chaotic and complex. In addition, the realm of glitch is populated with an endless array of strange electroid creatures like blips, clicks, skips, squeaks, blurts, sizzles, and womps that will, at one time or another, present along the journey. Genres within the realm of the glitch aesthetic include, but are not limited to:

Glitch Hop, IDM, Experimental, Bass, Glitch, Midtempo, Grime, Hyphop, Wonkadelic, Jazzstep, Dubstep, Crunk, Trip Hop, Heavy, Blip Hop, Click House, Psy-Hop, Ambient, and Breakbeat.
