Every summer, we hear a version of the same story.
A couple found a DJ online for a price that seemed almost too good to be true, and they booked, but the contract was either nonexistent, or didn't look professional. The DJ showed up late, never met with the client to discuss the timeline or preferences, played songs off a phone, and left before the party was over.
Or worse, they didn't show up at all.
We're not sharing this to scare anyone. We're sharing it because it's June, wedding season is fully underway, and some of you are still in the decision-making window for your summer or fall event.
There are clear warning signs before you ever hand over a deposit. A great DJ will answer every question you have confidently and immediately. If you're not getting satisfactory answers, consider it a red flag.
We wrote a FREE guide that covers all of it; the red flags, the questions to ask, and what a great DJ looks and sounds like when you're comparing quotes. Want your copy?
