Art of Motion Events is heartbroken over the sudden passing of Kalep Wilson. Kalep was not only a talented and dedicated vendor assisting us with our props that required construction, but a valued friend whose presence made a lasting impact on all of us. Always just a phone call away, Kalep was a true team player.

Our deepest condolences go out to his family, and especially to his sister, Kasadee Bonhams, who is such an important and cherished part of our team. During this incredibly difficult time, we stand beside her and her family with love and support.

Kalep’s creativity, hard work, and spirit will always be remembered and appreciated. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.

Special wedding yesterday for special people! The bride was ultra low key she gave me three directives …. Green, black, gold, a handful of inspo pics and said I trust you. We met once and then I walked through the venue once.

Truly where I can be my best creative self while staying in budget , (well I mean I did throw in extras lol). Thank you for trusting me.

We are all aboard the luxurious Silver Seas Silver Dawn, cruising Scandinavia with our client, and helping throw an unforgettable Deep Sea Disco party for 250 happy attendees. Schools of fish, sea horses, dolphins, whale tails, and other sea creatures danced among decorative sea beds adorned with disco balls, while projection lights on the ceiling provided the illusion of being underwater. fired up the tunes that kept people dancing through this memorable night!

Ahoy, mateys! Step aboard the California Spirit and set sail for a night of swashbuckling adventure at our high-end pirate themed event! Our talented team transformed the ship into a captivating pirate's den, complete with burgundy velvet tables adorned with creative floral centerpieces featuring parrots, telescopes, compasses, bandanas, and more treasures!

As the sun sets on the horizon, 150 of our client’s top performers are welcomed by a crew of lively pirate performers who will guide them through an evening of merriment fit for the high seas. The atmosphere was alive with the spirit of adventure as guests embraced their inner pirates, donning their finest pirate garb and embracing the thrill of the open waters!

Join us in reliving the magic of this spectacular event, a night of celebration, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories. Yo-ho-ho, it's a pirate's life for us!

We recently had the pleasure of designing a spectacular corporate event that celebrated 6 different seasons/holidays in style. Our team brought the magic of Christmas, Summer, Easter, Mother's Day, Autumn, and Valentine's Day to life with stunning decor that wowed guests at every turn.

From festive linens to unique centerpieces, each area was meticulously designed to reflect the essence of the season/holiday, while also incorporating our client's branding seamlessly. Our scene sets stole the show with display arches, a life-sized snow globe, a giant Easter bunny, a surfing simulator, and so much more - creating an unforgettable experience for all in attendance.

Our team had the pleasure of transforming The Glass Cactus into a Texas-themed paradise for a recent corporate event!

From cowboy hats and bandanas to decorative cacti, Texas flags, and cowboy boots, every detail was meticulously crafted to capture the essence of the Lone Star State. It was a joy to see our centerpieces bring an authentic touch of Texas charm to the event, adding a special flair that was loved by all attendees.
