Earlier this month, WG returned to Las Vegas for another RIMAN event at the MGM Grand, supporting ~2,000 attendees across general sessions, leadership training, formal gala, and Sunday morning worship.

This event brought a unique challenge: delivering a high-impact stage within limited ballroom rigging capacities. Our team created a multi-tier LED solution that was both visually strong and functional, and even added a streamer pop 🎉 to help make one milestone moment shine.

The greatest compliment a client can give us is continued trust, and we’re grateful every time that trust grows.

The WG team wrapped another great week providing A/V production for the Agriculture Teachers Association of Texas Professional Development Conference in Corpus Christi, including general sessions in Selena Auditorium, Family Night in the Expo Hall, and 130+ workshops across 19 breakout rooms.

There may have even been a little 007/Mario Kart on the LED wall once the work was done 🎮 😆

Now, we're back in the office for a quick reset 'n repack before heading to our next event in 📍 Las Vegas!

We're beaming with pride thinking about last week's 98th Texas FFA State Convention 💛💙✨

It takes a tremendous amount of planning, technical skill and teamwork to create an experience of this scale, and we’re grateful to Texas FFA for continuing to trust WG to up the bar each year.

Spanning 11 days, WG is responsible for bringing the largest student convention in the state (and one of the largest in the nation) to life with a rock star team that is second to none. 18,000 members and guests take over the historic Fort Worth Convention Center to recognize student and chapter achievements from the past year while energizing members for the year ahead. It's our honor to highlight these members and throw the biggest party of the year.

This year was particularly special as we produced one of the final events to ever be held in the historic arena. Opened in 1968, the arena has hosted legendary acts such as Elvis Presley, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Elton John, and U2. When we were told that this was the most impressive and highest energy show that's been in the arena, we leave it with mixed feelings of nostalgia and pride to help it go out with a "bang"!

That's a wrap on 📍 Arlington!

Fresh off a show in California, the WG team rolled into Arlington, TX to provide full production support for a corporate sales conference, awards gala, and outdoor welcome event at Loews Arlington Hotel.

The centerpiece of the ballroom was a 65' LED wall, while the outdoor welcome event featured custom content displayed on the venue's massive 60' x 40' exterior LED billboard overlooking the entertainment courtyard.

A huge thank you to our crew for another seamless show and for representing WG so well. From California to Texas (and North Carolina!) in a matter of days, the WG team continues to raise the bar. 🚀

That’s a wrap on Texas FFA convention filming with the 2025-26 Texas FFA state officer team. 🎬

Last week was filled with retiring address rehearsals, script writing, filming, and convention prep as we gear up for another exciting Convention season.

Then, it was wheels up to 📍 Las Vegas for a site visit at the MGM Grand as planning continues for an upcoming August show.

Great events start long before attendees arrive, and the more prep that happens before show day, the smoother the experience for everyone involved!

Convention season is officially in full swing! ✨🚀

This past weekend, WG provided audio, video, lighting, LED and internal & online streaming for 2026 Commencement at Hendrix College in 📍 Conway, Ark.

With the ceremony taking place across two gyms, our team streamed the event live from the Event Gym into the Recreation Gym to support overflow seating and help every guest stay connected to the celebration. Friends and family who couldn’t attend in person were also able to join the moment through the online livestream.

Congratulations to the graduates and thank you to Hendrix for trusting our team with such an important day! 🎓

WG recently wrapped production for the 2026 RTX MATHCOUNTS National Competition where we provided LED, lighting, audio, and livestream support for some of the BRIGHTEST middle school students in the country!

The centerpiece of the show was a 72-foot LED wall paired with truss entrance towers that gave these Mathletes the big-stage experience they deserved. This was a high-energy event from start to finish, and a fun one for our team to bring to life! 🚀
