This week's site visit at the 📍 Long Beach Arena allowed us to plan power routes, rigging points, staging areas, and more. Every measurement and photo we take now becomes part of the blueprint for an unforgettable experience!

That's a wrap in Corpus Christi where we finished another awesome year supporting the ATAT Professional Development Conference. From general sessions and awards to workshops and meetings in between, we couldn't have done it without our powerhouse team whose expertise and hustle make seamless events possible.

Next stop: 📍 Orlando, Florida next week for advanced media server training because staying sharp behind the scenes is just as important as what happens on stage 👊😎

From the Las Vegas strip to the Texas shoreline, we're under the palms twice this week! 🌴🤩

📍 Earlier this week, we were at the iconic Rio Hotel gearing up to design, plan, and execute A/V production for a company whose expecting higher-than-ever attendance at their upcoming Fall event. From immersive general sessions, a formal gala, and meaningful worship service, we’re excited to build something bold and unforgettable! ✨

📍 This weekend, our team arrived in Corpus Christi for a week-long event featuring a general session build for 3,000+ attendees, 15 breakout rooms, and an evening "Family Night" scholarship fundraiser dinner.

After a full season of shows coast to coast, it felt oh so good to bring the Texas FFA Association Convention back to Fort Worth, TX.

9 months ago, we hit the drawing board as WG was tasked to design (and deliver) a show and stage concept that Texas FFA had never seen before. Always pushing the envelope, we put an idea into motion that was delivered to 14,000+ in the historical Fort Worth Convention Center earlier this month. It's not every day that you get to work in the same building that once hosted concerts from Elvis!

There were plenty of firsts and records for the production of this convention.

-The first all LED show for Texas FFA featuring 854 LED panels
-The highest number of intelligent moving light fixtures on a Texas FFA Convention (156 lights total)
-An all new laser show featuring 16 high power lasers from Star Lasers
-The first LED audience eyebrow screen
-The first "Texas Star" truss (as big as Texas at 48' wide from tip to tip)
-Not one, but two headliner concerts
-A full 4K camera and IMAG show and records
-The first pre-rig scenario where WG moved into the arena 4 days before our normal load-in and hung all of the motors, truss, PA, and lighting.
-The first turn-key Texas FFA Convention for WG Event Production 🙂

We have an amazing crew that never shy away from pushing the boundaries and always stepping up to the challenge. Thank you to everyone who put in the long hours to pull off a show of this size.

This past weekend, WG was in the nation's capital as we jumped across the country to Washington D.C. for the National Mathcounts competition sponsored by Raytheon.

When we were contacted about this event, we asked the question "dream big...what is something you've been wanting to do with the production setup that you haven't been able to do before?" And dream BIG they did!

We built an 80' wide, seamless single surface LED wall that was stunning in the Westin DC ballroom and showed off their competition dashboard interface. The kids had a great time with their run-ins as they represented their respective states.

Special thank you to Langston for continuing to knock out our impressive LED builds this year. No challenge is too big and he has delivered every show.

There's no feeling like coming back to the show that started it all. WG was PROUD to be the event production company for the 98th Arkansas Agricultural Education & FFA Convention at the Bank OZK Arena in Hot Springs, AR.

Just as Arkansas FFA Convention attendance has grown, so has the production. We stepped it up a notch this year with an all LED show and new stage design. With 114 lights and almost 500 LED panels, the new stage design was a HIT!

Former Oklahoma FFA Member Wyatt Flores played for a packed house and put on a concert that was one to remember.

Thank you to our incredible WG crew for pulling off another jaw dropping show. We're fortunate to have the best in the business by our side and always ready for a challenge.

Congratulations to Arkansas FFA for another great convention and for trusting us with your keystone event of the year. We've come a long way in the 15 years that we've been involved with their convention and we're excited for what the next 15 hold :)

This past week, we started the corporate season off in a BIG way. WG Event Production was proud to be the production company for the annual Home Franchise Concepts Convention held at the world-famous Venetian Resort in Las Vegas.

When HFC approached us, they wanted a design that was fitting for the Vegas atmosphere while also being flexible with their shared space of general sessions and a black tie gala. We took this challenge and the crew delivered.

Stage design elements included a 114' wide stage with 860 LED panels spanning 121' end-to-end, making this the largest single LED surface flown in the Venetian. A 75' audience "eyebrow" LED surface with also flown for maximum use of the vertical space in the 38' ceiling expo hall.

A full lighting effect package comprised of 84 lights filled the space around the LED surfaces and was a show stopper when entering the hall.

DJ Karl brought the party to life through our powered line array system comprised of HDL30 mains, HDL6 fills, and dual 18" 9006 "big boy" subs.
