As a wedding planner, I customize my services to whatever a bride needs from me. Sometimes brides prefer to do most of the planning but just need a little help and some want help with the entire planning process from start to finish. Here is a list of what I can do for you.

-Serve as the main point of contact between you and your vendors

-Help define your wedding style, theme, and overall vision
-Assist with color palette and décor selections
-Create floor plans and seating layouts
-Coordinate design elements to ensure a cohesive look and feel
-Help plan special touches that reflect your personalities and story

-Assist with guest accommodations and transportation recommendations
-Manage seating charts and reception layouts
-Coordinate welcome bags, favors, and guest activities
-Help ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience -from start to finish

Hi, I'm Hannah, the heart behind Hannah Pfeifer Events! I’m passionate about helping people bring their ideas to life and creating events that feel meaningful, memorable, and uniquely theirs. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, fundraiser, birthday celebration, or any special occasion, I'm here to help make the process easier and more enjoyable.
I know how overwhelming event planning can feel, which is why I love stepping in to take the stress off your shoulders. From organizing the details to keeping everything running smoothly, my goal is to give you peace of mind so you can focus on celebrating and making memories. With a caring, hands-on approach and a genuine love for what I do, I’m committed to creating an event experience that is seamless, enjoyable, and truly unforgettable.

✨Fun facts about me:
-I am a head swim coach for a high school team during the winter season
- I have three fur babies; two dachshunds and a corgi
-I enjoy painting, crafting and exploring my creative side
-I hiked Mount Rainier
-I enjoy reading books and rom com movies
-I LOVE HOSTING events, get togethers, dinners, friends etc 🤩

I have been married for four years to my husband, Logan Pfeifer. We have one sweet baby boy named Brooks! When I am not being a mom or event coordinator, I work with students with different levels of autism and more specifically I work one on one with one of the students 99.9% percent of the time. I absolutely love my job, being a mom and getting to spend time working on my passion. We have two dogs, Cece and Lila. Cece is a corgi and Lila is a mini dachshund.

Had the pleasure of coordinating Paige and Braxton's special day. 😍You can tell they are loved by so many and she was a wonderful bride to assist and help make her dreams come to life! Paige and Braxton, thank you for trusting in me to help you make things go smoothly and stress free! Congrats you two! 🥰

The venue was located at The Brook. They have amazing onsite venue coordinators and accommodations for guests and bridal parties and lots of space for many flexible options to do for you special weekend.
The Dj- DJKOV kept the party lit all evening and he was really cool to work with! He knows how to read the room and kept the party moving along with being fun himself.

Carla's Content Co. does videos of your special day and she was so sweet. She did a wonderful job on capturing their special moments. Check her work out! (sorry it's not tagging for some reason.

The Tipsy Chicks did a wonderful job with their bartending and it's a small family business and they know what they are doing! Reach out to see what they can do for you!

April:

-started off by doing a seder meal with my small group using things we already had and working with others in the group to contribute. Thankful for a group to sit around do fellowship with! The candles, candlesticks and little flower vases were used from Partydreams Mercer Co and it was so easy to pull out, use and return!!!
-soccer started and not sure if we love it, hate it or both! Enjoyed the weather we could!
- enjoyed a date night
-Coordinated a wedding at The Barn of Canal Fulton and got to help one of the cutest couples. They didn't let a rainy day stop them from looking incredible and having a great time! Congrats to the Abood's. Incredibly thankful for the trust they had in me on their day and also....Who doesn't love a good pizza bar?!!?

So thankful for what I get to do to bring people joy and have a stress free day! 😍

March:
-Hosted my first expo: Love & Luxe Wedding Expo (Stay tuned for next years date & location!) The vendors are all so talented and sweet!
-Quality time with family was spent and birthday celebrations happened.
-My own brand photoshoot taken by the one and only Tprice photos and I am obsessed!

February:

-Did a Valentine's Charcuterie making class with my gals! It is neat to hear how charcuterie vendors think thorough how to make their tables with style and knowing how each food works with each other along with giving it the best freshness. Isn't it so cute! grazewithmaggie is incredible with hosting groups of 6 or more for these classes in venue spaces or your own houses! Reach out to me or her to find out more!

As mentioned, this month is full swing swim season. My husband owns First Layer Creations (3D). So we worked together to design and make bag tags for athletes who qualified for districts or state championships. The athletes did an incredible job this season and I always leave the season feeling so proud. There are other schools that weren't included in these pics.

Hey! It has been a busy 5 months so far! I will be recapping by each month :)

1. Threw a baby shower for my sweet cousin. "Baby it's Cold Outside." Chili bar made by a few different family members. Yummy cookies by Stacey’s Sweet Shoppe. She never fails to design and make exactly what I want and they also taste amazing.

Side note: I am not a decorator but will help put it together if there's something you want help with. I just planned and coordinated the party.

2. My son's 3rd birthday was full of construction vehicles. I made the cake and it was so yummy! We spent the day at the Little Diggers in Dublin and he was so excited!

3. I am also head coach for a swim team and had to bring the kiddos to a few practices. January & February are my busiest for swim! No pictures of my team out of respect for the athletes!
