This is what the garden and farmstand are producing this week!!! Spring has its own special magic. The anemones and ranunculus won't be around much longer... they only bloom at this time. They have an amazing vaselife of up to 2 weeks!!! Tough and yet so delicate.

Lots of perfect graduation flowers are in the farmstand.

Mother's Day starts our season of farm-fresh flowers in the farm stand. I took out the dried flowers and flipped it to fresh. We will be harvesting and filling it all season. We are your place to get flowers.

Chickens are part of our biological control and provide eggs for the farmstand.

Here’s a Flower Arrangement You Can Grow Yourself

Okay, this arrangement is a late-summer dream team! We've got white cosmos, peach dahlias, small sunflowers with those pretty brown centers, pink zinnias, lavender spikes, salvia, and even Snow-on-the-Mountain (that fancy euphorbia with green and white leaves!). Oh—and a fluffy white hydrangea to tie it all together!

Are You Accidentally Stopping Your Flowers from Blooming?

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as a flower farmer is that for cut and come again flowers the more you pick, the more they bloom! It might sound counterintuitive, but regular harvesting encourages plants to keep producing. Letting flowers go to seed signals to the plant that its job is done, slowing down its blooming cycle. So, don’t be afraid to snip away—it keeps your garden vibrant and productive!

BeeHaven Flower Farm is a small, family-run specialty cut flower farm. Flowers are not a luxury, they are food for the soul and we are so obsessed with growing flowers that nothing less than a 100+ foot row will satisfy us. We grow for weddings and events, grocery stores, florists, the Sandpoint Farmer's Market and anyone and everyone in between.
