Please tell me what you think? My adult grandson is working in a Mexican restaurant. He is hardworking and was doing very well . They said they wanted to see about moving him into management . He was working full time and was even working overtime. Suddenly his hours went to nothing like one day a week. He finally asked about it and was told they caught him eating a tortilla on camera. He told them he had worked 14 hours with no break or lunch and he had seen others do it and thought it was okay. Of course he should have asked but he was giving no warning just his hours cut to 1 or 2 short shifts per week . This week no hours.. Any thoughts?
