Okay, we’ll be the ones to say it: IT’S HOT! 🥵 in light of the recent heatwaves here in the PNW, let’s chat guest comfort. Are some of these optional? Yes. Are some of these strongly recommended for guest comfort and safety? Also yes.

Heat exhaustion can creep up fast on you and your guests - make sure your prioritizing eating, drinking, and scheduling in breaks if your temperature is over 85 degrees.

If the forecast is looking hot, expect your guests to drink a lot more, too. Double check with your caterer that they are bringing backups (especially ice! 🧊)

Parasols are a whole vibe TBH. Stay safe and stay cool. 😎
