We provide music and lighting for any Generation X event that you are planning. The Story behind the name:
I know everyone is curious about the name of our company. Several years ago my mom started a small venture selling “whatnots” (it didn’t last long) and named it Dwibets It was a combination of my name Dwight and both of my sisters names Beckie and Trudie. When I was thinking of a name for the DJ business I must have toyed with 20 or so ideas. Many of which were already used by another company or it simply didn’t fit well. I pondered using Dwibets for a while then ran the idea past my mom who thought it was great. Since both of my Sisters have passed away (Beckie in Sept. 2012 and Trudie in June 2016) I thought it was a great way to honor them and for them be a part of this too. Since the name rhymes with “ribbit” and mom’s favorite animal (amphibian) is a frog. It was only fitting to incorporate 3 frogs into the logo to represent myself and my sisters.
