I spent way too many years thinking weight loss meant cutting out everything I liked.

I still eat carbs.

What changed was learning a few simple habits I could actually keep doing.

One of the easiest?
A short walk after I eat.

Nothing extreme. Nothing complicated.

I used to finish dinner and somehow still be looking for something sweet not long after. 😅

One simple habit I added was fiber before my meal.

It takes about 5 minutes, fits easily into my routine, and has become one of those things I rarely skip.

Want to see exactly what I use?

Apple is officially here. 🍎

Balance now comes in Berry, Orange, and Apple, and Apple isn’t just a new flavor. It also has an updated fiber formula with about 5g of fiber per serving.

If you already use Balance, this gives you one more flavor to rotate into your routine.

Which one would you pick first?

BERRY, ORANGE, or APPLE?

Comment APPLE if you want the details.

I used to think movement only counted if it was a real workout.

One of the simplest habits I added was moving after meals when I could.

Sometimes that means a short walk.
Sometimes it just means getting up and moving instead of sitting right away.

What I like about this habit is that it’s simple enough to actually repeat.

No gym required.
No perfect schedule.
Just a little movement after eating.

For me, those small, repeatable habits have been much easier to stick with than trying to do everything perfectly.
