The Walsworth Community Center has a multipurpose room (108' x 82') or a smaller conference room to rent for your upcoming event. The multipurpose room has two regulation-size basketball courts, can seat approximately 600 people. The smaller conference room seats approximately 50. You have the option of rectangular or round tables and folding chairs for event use at no extra charge.
The multipurpose room can be rented for $400 for one day or $750 for a weekend (Friday morning thru Sunday at 2 AM) plus a refundable damage deposit of $150. Extra time can be reserved if available - early start at 8 PM on Thursday is an additional $50. Non-profit fees are $250 for one day event plus the $150 refundable damage deposit. Special hardship events (benefits) are not charged any fees other than the $150 refundable damage deposit. The conference room can be rented for $50 per day plus a refundable damage deposit of $150.
All rentals have a professional cleaning fee included in the price. This entitles you to table and chair cleaning and put-away plus flooring cleaning. You are responsible for ALL decoration take-down, trash bagging and diposal, and kitchen cleanup (if used).
