How it all started

Hello, my name is Tyson Sanchez owner & operator of Daga’s Mexican Grill. In 2011 I opened up a brick & mortar restaurant in Winnebago, Nebraska to help retire my grandparents doing something that they love. After running the restaurant for 5 years straight I was ready to make my next big move. In 2016 I came across an opportunity to buy a food truck and little did I know this decision would catapult our brand to a whole new level that I could have never even imagined. My vision was to simply create a unique experience that Sioux City, Iowa didn't have and that is what truly got us to where we are today. If you haven't been to the food truck yet, make sure to follow our weekly schedule and check us out! Also when you do stop by don't forget to try our “FAMOUS QUESO TACO!”
