The second we won the the spicy chicken katsu slowly took over our entire menu, eclipsing all our other dishes even the immensely popular garlic noodle. We are so proud and just pleased as punch at how much y'all seem to love this simple and playful dish. Tonight 630-10 we will celebrate the 5 thousandth katsu sold. Thank you all so much, these onions are just so strong today.
