Mid-June at brings the best of late spring and early summer: strawberries, greens, cabbage, beets, red potatoes, scallions, and plenty of herbs!!

These are the vibrant, flavorful ingredients showing up on our menus and in our kitchens this month.

A beautiful reminder of what local, seasonal food looks like. ❤️🥬🍓

Grazing table season is officially here! Roasted carrots, shaved fennel, sweet peppers, and pickled beets all show off their colors. Paired here with cheeses, housemade dips, and a few crunchy favorites. 😊

Shining the spotlight on one of our absolute favorite vendors: 🌿

Located in Oregon City just outside of Portland, Sun Love grows the vibrant, nutrient-rich produce we love using all season long.

Their farming philosophy is “better than organic”- no synthetic inputs, no shortcuts. They use thoughtful, soil-forward practices that nurture the land while growing the most flavorful vegetables and herbs. Essential for seasonal farm-to-table cuisine like ours.

Oh, and I forgot to mention: Owner Melissa Streng and Field Manager Justis Allen bring serious heart to their work. It shows in every bunch of chard, basket of tomatoes, and fragrant bouquet of herbs.

We’re so proud to partner with local farms like Sun Love to bring the freshest possible ingredients to your table!!

Cherry season, baby!! It's one of my favorite fleeting gifts of late spring and early summer. 🍒

These golden and ruby gems are packed with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin C. We love them fresh, roasted with herbs, or folded into a reduction for meats and desserts alike.

When cherries show up at the market, you just KNOW good things are coming. ☀️🍒

Our very own organic roses!!

I personally grow the majority of our flowers that we use all throughout our dishes and display. I put my love and care into nurturing these little living beauties every step of the way.

We are so lucky to have such a long & abundant growing season here in the Pacific Northwest.

Just a little reminder to stop and smell the roses. 🌹🌸

Did you know? May is that sweet citrus handoff: When local lemon season winds down and limes step into the spotlight.

🍋 Lemon peak season: Winter through early spring (roughly January to May), especially for Eureka and Lisbon varieties grown in California and Arizona.

🍋‍🟩 Lime Peak season: May through October for Persian (Tahiti) limes.

Fun fact: A single lemon tree can yield up to 600 pounds of fruit in a year and grow as tall as 20 feet! That’s a lot of zest and sunshine baby.

Just your classic “can’t do this without her” moment with my ride-or-die, Lauren. We’ve built so many events side by side through last-minute changes, packed kitchens, and big, beautiful celebrations!

Grateful every day to work with someone who brings skill, heart, and a whole lot of laughs to the table. ❤️

Thank you always, for the capture. 📸

꧁Happy ♡ Anniversary꧂ Coconut Baby Cake piled high with toasted macadamia nuts and finished with a drizzle of sweetened condensed coconut milk. Yum.

This sweet little “extra” treat was for our celebrated couple’s special night shared with friends and family. 🌹❤️

The Art de Cuisine team has been together for years. We love what we do, and have built a culture of trust and strength as a team.
