When I was in my early 20s, DJing used to be a hobby and I always thought that I would someday own a club or bar.

Now that I’m in my 40s.. I still DJ but my mindset has shifted and the new focus is continuing to grow as a business owner in this wedding and private event space without the sacrifice of quality or professionalism.

Here are a few things that you should know if you are considering for your wedding DJ and entertainment.

Expect a minimum of three Zoom meetings within the final 30 days of your wedding. During these meetings, we are building rapport, reviewing logistics, music and timeline for the wedding day.

If you have no idea or feel lost about what’s to come on your wedding day, this is normal. I will prepare you and your partner thoroughly so that you won’t be in the dark on your big day.

If you have reservations about tardiness, reliability, or if everything will be setup in time for your wedding…don’t worry. I usually coordinate with the venue ahead of time to be setup by noon on your wedding day.

These habits and processes are based on communication, professionalism and discipline - similar values used during my previous Air Force career. - Nathaniel
