Hi everyone!

We love having kids get up and sing at our shows. We enjoy helping to inspire and encourage their artistic passions and appreciate and celebrate them for where they are in their journey, whether that be as an experienced vocalist or a brand new singer.

With that being said, if your child is screaming into the microphone, they will be asked to please not scream. I will do everything in my power on the technical end to lower the gain and the output, but I can only do so much.

Remember, a microphone's job is to receive the input and process it for amplification. My system is built to make your voice louder. So when your child screams into my microphone, they are running the risk of bothering other venue patrons or potentially damaging my equipment.

Further, if I do ask your child to please not scream into my microphone, please understand that children sometimes have a tendency to lean into hyperbole, and please come discuss it with me before saying things to your child like "well, if he thinks you were screaming on that one, wait until he hears you on the next one". Respect goes a long way.

We're all there to have a good time, and i promise you, I will do everything on my end to try and make your child sound like a superstar.

Show alert: we have been asked to provide coverage at Chubbyz Grill & Tavern on Saturday July 12th from 7 pm until 11 pm for karaoke.
