We have an amazing couple that's getting married this summer!

We have responded to 40+ emails and over 100 texts this year alone with this specific couple....and that's OK!!! As a matter of fact, we love it. We love being there for all our couples. We love going above & beyond! When you book us, you book so much more.

When we say we are committed to your day, we mean it! Unlike other wedding "DAY of coordinators" we are so much more than that!!

Endless texts, emails, Zoom calls, meetings, etc. are UNLIMITED when you book us....at NO extra charge.

Most days of coordinators only allowed 1 to 2 meetings prior to your special day. I've come to learn that many other companies charge for additional meetings. Not us!

Couple mirror options for rent!

As mentioned & promised, we are more than your typical day of coordinator!

I am working on finishing addressing Sam & Bea's wedding invites! Planning is already so stressful, and addressing invites takes a ton of time. Let us help you.
I also imported all their guests onto an online RSVP system so when their guests receive their invite, they can rsvp online!

Roughly 100 invites will be in the mail tomorrow!

Arches available to rent!

Two arches of each - 6ft, 6.6ft & 7.2 feet tall.

Can be left without a cloth cover or can rent with cloth covers! (One arch does not have a cover in the photo. I used it to display photos)
I can purchase any color of cloth covers..
Lots of arches can be decorated with floral arrangements as well!

Also, we have a variety of mirrors for rent as well!
They can be personalized for a welcome sign, photo opportunity, seating chart, etc.

Most venues do allow these as they are a safe option!

We are looking for a wide variety of the following items. Donated or cheaper would be ideal.

Chargers (must have at least 100 of the same)
Cheese cloth or other table runners (must have 30 of the same)
Hurricane vases & other types of vases.
Lanterns - must have 25 of the same or similar
Table numbers - must have at least 15 of the same
Sturdy easel
Large mirrors - I have a cricut to personalize.
Any other type of center pieces - must have at least 15 of the same or similar.
