Cherries and bows and a Shirley Temple bar?! Legit my girly dream come true! ♥️💕♥️

♥️When our long time client and friend came to us with the theme for her daughter's 7th birthday, I had a vision board ready for her within minutes 🫶🏻This has been a dream theme of mine for so long!! Jess and her daughter Cat, wanted cherries, bows and all of the girly details. 🍒🎀🎂

💕🍽️♥️ I started with our kids tablescape. We went with our white chiavari kids chairs, found the most perfect coquette paper goods, added a blush pink runner over our white linen, and made stunning mini floral centerpieces filled with spray roses in pink and blood red. We used our pink vintage tumblers as vases and added some faux cherries along the table for some cute detail. I found some adorable DIY bow candle sticks that may or may not have taken me two hours to make- and ended up melting but it's fine, we're all fine🫠

✨We used our arch back drop in white and hung an on theme custom happy birthday banner, along with the most amazing balloon arch ♥️🎀🍒

Our cookies were complete perfection and tasted just as good
We displayed all desserts on our dessert plates and pedestals 🎀

Last, but not least- our birthday girl requested a Shirley Temple Bar 🍒 and I could not have been more excited to design this for her! We used our white dessert cart, and added bows to each vintage pink goblet🎀 We added a custom acrylic drink sign, cherry/bow themed mixers and straws. I am obsessed with the way this turned out!! 🎀🍒

🥢🥠🥡SENIOR SEND OFF HIBACHI🤍🎓🖤

🤍Our client planned a lovely backyard, hibachi dinner celebrating her daughter and her friends' last day of high school🖤 She requested all black and gold. We chose our black tableware with gold utensils and detail. We added gold chopsticks, black linens and gorgeous floral centerpieces in white, which we displayed in Chinese food take out containers with chopsticks for an extra fun detail! 💮🥡🥢🥠 We provided tables, chairs, linens, tableware and decor for this exciting backyard celebration! 🎓

☀️This property was beyond gorgeous! The back patio was MADE for summer dinner parties! Overlooking a golf course filled with plush gardens, this yard made for the most perfect back drop for our special evening🎉🎉

I have been DYING to be part of a bed decorating party for the longest time! When reached out for her daughter, Trista's special day, I could not wait! 🎓🎉🥳

Tina is so proud of Trista and all of her hard work❤️🤍🖤She wanted this bed deco to be extra special for her- We decked the bed out in all of the most amazing custom tampa goodies and swag. It was honestly better than Christmas! ❤️We added an insane ballon arch, custom LED sign above the bed, and marquee light up letters with red bulbs which were amazing! ❤️❤️❤️

Tons of custom snacks including minis and custom goodies! 🎂🧁🍪🍭🍩

Every girl should hope to be as lucky as Trista, to have a mom as amazing, fun and creative as Tina❤️🤍🖤 you know I'm already planning my daughters bed deco! (we still have 8 years but it's never too soon) ❤️🤍🖤 Thank you Tina for trusting me with your special day!

👨🏻🪇🌮FIRST FIESTA🌵💛🌶️

Happy Cinco De Mayo! 💚🪇💛 We are so excited to share this adorable and festive celebration that we planned for the cutest 1st birthday boy! 🪇🌮

🥳🎉When our birthday mom reached out with her theme and ideas, we were instantly excited! This was such a fun set up and we love working with families who trust our vision! 💛💚❤️💙

🌮🪇👨🏻We started with our wood barrel table and matching wood wall. This was perfect for our Mexican theme. The primary balloon colors popped on the dark wood, and our custom yellow name sign was the perfect focal point of the party! Our balloon garland with fiesta balloons was amazing. Our desserts were colorful, delicious and on theme! We added a hand woven colorful runner, our vintage glass cake plates in green and blue, acrylic donut holders and some fun themed decor to the table. We chose a vintage high chair in yellow to match our name sign, where we displayed the most AMAZING smash cake ever! The mini taco cake was the talk of the party and by far, my favorite detail! 🌮🌮🌮

🪇👨🏻🇲🇽 I started with gorgeous mexican themed colorful runners along the entire table. I added natural braided rattan placemats, yellow and gold scalloped plates, a matching napkin and wooden fork for each little fiesta guest. Every place setting was styled with a mini maraca and a sombrero hung from our acrylic children's chiavari chairs. I added mini donkey piñatas and adorable plastic cups with paper straws featuring mexican detail. I love a good kids table station- and this one is a new favorite!🪇🪇🪇

We provided 2 tents, tables, chairs, linens and party decor/planning for this event. We loved working with this family and we hope Conrad had an amazing First Fiesta!🌵🌶️🌮🪇👨🏻🎂

💜❄️🌸DECEMBER BAPTISM✝️💕🫶🏻
wintery, muted tones and warm girly details were a few words our client used while describing the vison for her daughter's baptism💫

💜✨💕We started with our stunning white wall back drop which .balloonsandevents decked out so beautifully. She is so talented! We hung our rose gold custom name sign which was absolutely perfect!

🎂🧁🍪we used our white vintage table to display all of our amazing desserts. This three tier cake was beyond our wildest dreams! The muted pinks, purples and creams with butterfly detail made for the perfect focal point for our display. We added gorgeous cakesickles and custom cookies as well💜🫶🏻💫

🍽️For our tablescape, we chose dusty rose chiffon runners, our custom lucite table numbers, and the most gorgeous floral centerpieces. The roses, hydrangeas, and greenery were exactly what we envisioned for this event🌸🌿✨

🎀we used our candy cart to display the most beautifully wrapped party favors🎀

🌿❄️🌸we displayed our custom welcome sign/seating chart on our white vintage easel✝️

🌿🎀❄️This is the second event we have been asked to plan for the but our first time at the Astoria location. It could not be more beautiful. This venue was dim lit and and decorated to perfection for Christmas with the sweetest staff. It felt so warm and cozy despite the frigid temperature outside! ❄️

🎄🎁🎅🏻GENDER REVEAL✨CHRISTMAS PARTY❄️❤️☃️

✨we had one week to prepare for this event! We had no idea how tricky it would be to get all of the decor and items needed for a Christmas themed event- the week before Christmas! ❤️🎅🏻🎁

❤️👶🏼❤️Our sweet clients are expecting a baby and decided on a Christmas party- featuring their gender reveal! 💙💕

🫶🏻🫶🏻They wanted all things Christmas🎅🏻🎄🎁 we found THE VIRAL twinkle tree 5 days before Christmas 🤯( ask me how- I'll never tell🤫🤐) we displayed it with a rattan tree collar. We searched for the most perfect, tasteful and beautiful Santa chair (not easy to find- thank you !!) and styled it with a wicker basket filled with cozy throws and cushions for the kids. Our favorite part of this event was the children's activity! We were able to design the dream gingerbread house decorating station 🍭🍬🍪 After searching/stalking multiple stores, I was able to snag 15 gingerbread house kits! I've never been so proud of my shopping skills 🛍️ we added our go to paper goods, a red chiffon table runner and decked out our kids tables and chairs with adorable mini wreaths for extra festive vibes.🎄❤️🫶🏻 we love simple elegance and that's exactly the look we were going for. We love how this came together! ✨❄️🎁

⛺️🔥🌨️We provided two tents, tables, chairs, linens and most importantly- multiple heaters for this event. As cozy and warm as the vibes felt on the inside of the event space- it was 21 degrees on the outside. Our team worked hard to keep the heat in and the cold out on what ended up being a the first snow day of the season❄️🫶🏻🎅🏻

🌸we had so much fun with this event! ✨Our birthday mom had a vision in mind for her adorable girl and we were so excited to help make it come to life!🎀

🐭✨🏰We went with a vintage Disney theme with pastel vibes. We used our 3 panel back drops in lavender, light pink and powder blue 💗💜🩵We added the most amazing organic balloon arch in pastel colors with daisy detail. Our party host is the most talented graphic designer, who made all of our signage. It was absolutely perfect!💖

🎂🎀🏰 for our cake, we wanted something different. We designed the most amazing Disney cake with our favorite baker. It was covered in crowns, flags, castles and mouse ears. It was Disney without screaming Disney, which we love! It was simple and so original. 💗
🌸💜✨ we added floral centerpieces throughout our event with lots of greenery and light tones🌿

🏰🎀1️⃣This party was so fun to plan! I can't believe Livie is already 1! It feels like yesterday that we planned her mom's butterfly themed baby shower. There is no bigger compliment than when a client comes back for a second event. We love working with this family and can't wait for the next party!✨🌸🩵🎂

🌿🤍✝️RUSTIC/ ELEGANT COMMUNION✨🫶🏻🤎

It's officially spring which means, communion season!✨🌿🤎when designing this space, our client asked for a masiculine, yet beautiful, rustic, but elegant communion vibe for her son 🫶🏻 we loved working with the gold, white, cream and sage tones for this event 🤎💚🤍

✨🤍🍃 we started with our rustic wood table with gold handles and white pedestals for all of our sweets. We added white cake plates with crystal detail and gold platters to display our desserts 🎂🍭🥨🍪

🌱🌿🍃Our floral cart was the perfect place to display our succulent party favors and signage.

🤎🌿🤍we covered our round white wall with custom signage and the most perfect balloon design with an amazing color palette and added eucalyptus detail🌿

🌸🍽️🌿for our floral centerpieces, we chose all white hydrangea, garden and spray roses with lots of greenery throughout. We used cream toned table runners and our custom acrylic table numbers for this tablescape🌱

🤎🌿🤍We love how this design came together. We think it was the perfect combination of rustic elegance, while keeping it masculine for our communion boy🤍🌿🤎
