We had a grazing table today for a bridal shower... definitely a "shower" day... despite a set"back", EVERYONE was happy and loved it! Special thanks to our baker who not only did desserts but stepped up in a HUGE way to help pull this off!

A wonderful celebration of life bbq with macaroni salad, cole slaw, tossed salad, corn, baked beans, mac and cheese, roasted chicken, and pulled pork... we had a fun twist on bbq by offering 6 styles of bbq (and spicy pickles too)!

We're Black Coat Catering and that means you can expect us to look our best in our black chef coats, its been a part of what we do since day 1....BUT once in a while we get the chance to do a catering so unique and so exciting and SOOOOO much fun that we have to wear something OTHER than black coats.... today was one of those AMAZING parties!!!

With a 50's theme going, we had burgers and hotdogs and old school fries and home made onion rings and made to order milk shakes... we knew we had to dress as the old soda jerks

Last night was a 5 course meal done as a Private Chef dinner... of course in getting busy pictures of the main course and dessert were forgotten 🤦 but the meal was delicious!!!

It may have been cold and rainy outside but the hostess of today's party (bridal shower) found a perfect quaint little barn to have it ... what a great party- now let the dish washing begin!

once in a while (for friends) we trade in black coats for black jerseys... and while we dont have our names on them yet, id say the football party was a HUGE success!
