Is anyone interested in purchasing a Brisket for the Superbowl? I would have them ready by noon for pick up. You could pick up anytime from noon to 3pm day of the Superbowl ( I have holding oven). Briskets would be around 15lbs Pre Cooked and $150. Send me message if you are interested.

Well it was a good year for Vandervate BBQ We fed around 2250 people. I haven't BBQed in a couple of months because I had surgery on my thumb but I'm looking to get back to the smoker early in 2025. His homemade sausage and the seasoning were exceptional, and I loved the dill in the potato salad. Plus, the portions were HUGE—no one left hungry! ...
