Our Story

I have always been fascinated with art, photography, & interior decorating. Combining all of those interests, Justin & I decided to turn part of our property into a wedding & event venue. We purchased our estate in April of 2019. At the first showing, we just fell in love. There was no “we’re going to keep looking for houses.” This was it. We knew the home & property had so much potential. To us, there is nothing better than the country life.

If you’re wondering why our venue is called “The Hangar”... The original owners of the property had their own helicopter & planes. Yes, there is an airplane hangar. Considering we do not own a helicopter nor an airplane, we had the crazy idea to turn it into an event venue. We’ve heard of many barn venues, so why not start something different. :D

We believe one of the most important aspects in owning a business is customer service. We promise to care for every individual and every event hosted. Included in our venue are tables, rustic wood chairs, chair cushions, table linens, ceiling drapes, string lights, rustic wood bar, bathroom, wedding/party tent, & an apartment attached to the hangar for the bride & groom to stay. Almost everything included in our venue can be customized. Whether a customer wants different color table linens or more chairs, we are willing to make it exactly how you want it!

Our main focus for the venue is weddings, but we are open to individuals renting the building & property for birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, family reunions, etc. We understand the costs & work put into hosting any event. Therefore, we are willing to work with every customer on pricing & the perfect set up! Thank you so much for reading. We cannot wait to meet our future customers!
