Frances Meilland is a rose like no other. The huge, and I mean HUGE, blooms of the softest blush color with a fragrance is to die for, makes her a must grow. If that wasn’t enough, she just keeps pumping out the blooms in our hot humid climate, does not get black spot, and the stems go on for days. If I could only grow one rose, she would be it!
