I am absolutely loving cookbook.

This is Crispy Ginger Ramen Noodles. I’ve also made and loved the Chicken and Cabbage in Cream, the Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta, and the Potluck Teriyaki Meatballs and Macaroni Salad. I cannot wait to keep cooking my way through this book! All the recipes have been packed with flavor, and very approachable (especially for a tired lady on a weeknight).

Pretty lady biscuit. Honestly, I’m lazy and I make drop biscuits. I think they taste BETTER than rolled out biscuits.

Chai-spiced Butternut Squash soup. I am still cooking but I keep forgetting to post pics! This is so good warm and soothing on a gloomy day. You can swipe to see my home made chai spice mix 💁‍♀️ I served this soup over jasmine rice and it perfectly completed this meal! Yum!
