𝐶ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝐾𝑒𝑟𝑟𝑣𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑒 𝑆𝑖𝑡𝑒, 𝐻𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠 𝐴𝑛𝑛𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑑

Two DRCs (Disaster Recovery Centers) continue to operate in Kerr County, offering a variety of assistance to those impacted by the July 4 flooding disaster.

Starting today, Saturday, Aug. 23, the Kerrville site has changed locations. It is now stationed at the Hill Country Youth Event Center, 3785 TX 27 in Kerrville.

The new site is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.

The second DRC is located at LJ Vineyards (formerly Bridget's Basket), 1551 TX 39 in Hunt.

It is in operation from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Mondays through Saturdays.

Both locations are closed on Sundays. And, both Kerr County DRCs, will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 1.

Thank you to all the hard working folks that made this happen today. We are devestated as to the circumstances, but are proud little community just hosted a whole lot of major league public servants today at your local event center. We are all in this together

President Donald Trump toured flood-devastated areas of central Texas on Friday, calling the catastrophic flooding that killed more than 135 people "the worst that anyone's ever seen."
