This is not a drill, fam - we’re H I R I N G ⚡️ our Boise location has grown so much this year, thanks to all of our amazing brides, so we are excited to add two new team members to kick off the new year! here’s a little about each role:
CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR 🤍 the heartbeat of the shop, the first impression, the details keeper. you’re the go-to for client communication, scheduling, and in-store flow — making sure every interaction feels seamless, polished, and personal. we’re looking for someone who’s organized, thrives on creating calm in a fast-paced environment, and above all else, oozes charisma - the type of person that just makes everyone FEEL good just by being around them.
BRIDAL STYLIST 🤍 this role is so much more than just styling. we’re looking for someone confident + compassionate that puts people first. you’ll work one-on-one with brides as a trusted guide to curate a thoughtful, elevated appointment experience, helping brides feel informed, supported, and genuinely understood as they move toward their yes moment. ideal for someone who loves bridal fashion and PEOPLE, has high emotional intelligence and takes pride in delivering a thoughtful, personalized experience. sales experience isn’t required but you should be comfortable with sales.
both roles REQUIRE WEEKENDS, so if you can’t commit to Saturdays + Sundays this wouldn’t be a good fit.
our team is small and works HARD, so we are looking for a good culture fit as well as people with ambition who are self motivated to learn and always improve so we can be the best we can be for our brides.
