We're in peak wedding season over here and have had quite the year. On top of it being our busiest season ever... we eloped in the desert! While we absolutely love helping our couples plan the events of their dreams, for us, a sweet desert elopement was just what we needed.

Modern Aisles celebrated one year this month! We aren’t the first to say: thank goodness 2020 is over! But we also know this year had many bright spots: former couples welcoming new babies, current couples saying “love isn’t cancelled” and adapting their plans, and new couples getting engaged, that we can’t wait to work with in the coming years. It’s been a minute since we’ve posted. Life has been different for us all these past months. But today, we celebrate a mark in history. Because today the Supreme Court ruled that companies could NOT unfairly fire or otherwise discriminate against LGBTQ+ people in the workplace!!! During Pride Month and on the heels of the trump administration removing healthcare protections for the Trans community, this was a much needed win, some good news in the midst of it all. We’re sending out a lot of love to our LGBTQ+ community today and everyday. Happy Pride Month ❤️🌈 - and
