It's been a crazy hectic week!
Wednesday we signed a contract for the sale of Southern Illinois Axe & Ale and today we signed all the paperwork with the official closing on Monday!
Saturday will be our last day for me & Jacqueline Hegger
Thanks to all our friends and family for your support the last three years. We made a lot of good friends and had fun doing it. Time for the next adventure.
The new owner will be honering all private events we have booked and I will reach out to those customers to get them contact info.
We hope to see many of you Saturday for our last night 😀

Here is a list of the bands, we have coming up.
*July 22nd "Not Petty" a Tom Petty tribute duo.
*July 29th "Twin Bridges" local Rock N Roll band.
*August 5th "Stompbox and the Mixtapes" A fun band from St.Louis consisting of members ranging in age from 14 to 17.
When we opened the back room 2 years ago, we originally wanted it for special events but hosted a few event nights of our own with live music and before we knew it we were having live music almost every weekend. Then we had to start turning down private events because something was already scheduled. We have been considering what to do about this situation for awhile now. After a lot of time & consideration, we have decided that best way to have special events is if we are only open for special/private events. So these next 3 Saturdays listed above will be our last 3 days open to the public. After August 5th, we will only be having special events: weddings, showers, birthday parties...
If you have any gift cards that you need to use please come use them over the next 3 Saturdays.
We have enjoyed bringing great live music and axe throwing fun to Southern Illinois.
Hopefully, we get to see a bunch of familiar faces over the next three Saturdays. We will have some great drink specials.
Stayed tuned for more updates about hosting events, maybe some special sponsored events, and more.

Have a big July ahead!
This Saturday, I’ll be returning to Southern Illinois Axe & Ale in Harrisburg, IL at 8pm!
This Sunday, I’ll be making my Pheasant Hollow Winery debut!
Thursday, July 13th, I’ll be playing at Marion Elks #800 for their weekly dinner!
The next day, I’ll head to Arkansas for a round of shows with the talented Aaron Headley Music!
7/14 We will be playing at Live in the Lobby in Jonesboro, AR!
7/15 The two of us will be making our debut at Michael Neuhofel’s Crooked Arrow Ranch! We’ve heard great things and can’t wait to get down there.
Hope to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones!

Wow, great night last night! "The Trade" did an awesome job, great band!
We really didn't think we would be that busy with great music at many other locations but it was a packed house. Thanks for your patience also as we were a little short staffed last night.
