Balloon Arch vs Balloon Garland.
What’s the difference?

Completed another balloon class today. Thank you so much for booking my one on one balloon class. In this class we built a balloon garland with mini ropes and she learned how to put together a shimmer wall and utilizing it with the oval arches and balloons.
