Only a few short days away from the launch of Hamilton Octane Fest 2025! We are so excited to host our biggest show of the season once again with Pinball Garage! With that being said, here's some day-of-show information as well as some reminders:
🔴Supercar Showcase 8/15 5pm-8pm🔴
We ask that all who plan to show their car to please register at the link below. Registration is an optional donation to The Shield, Ohio. All proceeds from this showcase benefit The Shield, Ohio. We also ask all show cars to arrive between 4:30-5:30 if possible to ensure there isn't too much movement in the show area during the show.
(All vehicles that register for the show are approved unless directly reached out to. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us curate the vehicles for this showcase!)
🟡HOF Main Show 8/16 12pm-4pm🟡
There are a few items to mention regarding this show:

Pre-Registration Check-In Open: 11:30am-1:00pm
Walk-Up Registration Open: 12:00pm-1:00pm
Judging: 1:00pm-3:00pm
Awards: 3:30pm
- Arrival & Parking -
We are opening up the registration booth early for those who have pre-registered for the show. Pre-registrants will also get first go at parking on Third St. To make sure you can take advantage of these perks, please pre-register and save! We cannot guarantee parking on Third St. In order to park in the show area you must register for the show.

Judging is based on on cleanliness, modification (if applicable), and attention to detail. Your vehicle will be auto-selected for whichever class fits best. We want to make sure everyone gets a shot at a trophy!

This year marked the return of the most hyped show Hamilton Octane Fest has to offer! Here's some details regarding it.

Pre-Registration Check-In Open: 6:30pm-8:00pm
Walk-Up Registration Open: 7:00pm-8:00pm
Judging: 8:00pm-9:00pm
Awards: 9:30pm
- Arrival & Parking -
We are opening up the registration booth early for those who have pre-registered for the show, and those who are driving imported cars. Pre-registrants and imports will also get first go at parking on Third St. To make sure you can take advantage of these perks, please pre-register, have a better shot at main show parking, and save! **We CANNOT guarantee parking on Third St.** In order to park in the show area you must register for the show. If necessary, we reserve the right to remove you from the show, regardless of if payment is made. There are no refunds for this event.

We ask that all participants arrive on time as to avoid excess movement in the show area. We also ask that participants stay for the entirety of the show for the same reason. We cannot guarantee parking on Third St. for any of our shows. Vehicles may only park in the show area if they are registered for a show or have prior permission from event organizers. **We will not tolerate reckless driving in any regard.** We reserve the right to remove anybody from any of the shows for any reason. To better ensure ideal parking, open up early arrival time, and save $10, make sure to register at our link below. Registration is only available on our website. There are no fees for spectators. A portion of all proceeds for this event benefit The Shield, Ohio. If you'd like to leave an additional donation, we will be offering a ways to donate at the show.
