I didn’t just talk about Gen Z… I am Gen Z!!!

Spoke to veteran teachers in Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202 who are now preparing the next generation of educators - all about Gen Z. Created by Gen Z… we took a selfie!

I discussed how I approach coaching this generation and tips to make it relevant to them.

What is our 1% Team?

It’s a dynamic group of 50 like-minded individuals. We meet bi-weekly to learn from executive guest speakers (CEOS, VPs, Top International Speakers & Investors etc.) who share their expertise, inspire us to greatness, and provide motivation. We run team breakout/networking sessions for further collaboration and to grow connection. We also, host sponsored (Chick-fil-A) team dinners, volunteer our time to the community, and attend/host events together! This collaborative effort facilitates continuous learning, personal development, and the realization of individual potentials.

We are dedicated to becoming 1% better each and every day and helping each other achieve greatness personally & professionally ✅

I used to think success was about doing more.
Trying everything.
Jumping to the next idea the second things didn’t go my way.

I’d start new routines.
Set big goals.
Get excited for a week… and then fall off.

Until I realized success doesn’t come from doing everything.
It comes from doing the right things… and doing them consistently.

The problem wasn’t my potential.
I didn’t need a new plan every week.
I needed to lock in on what already worked… and keep showing up… even through the mistakes & failures.

Once I did, everything changed.

I stopped starting over.
I built systems instead of chasing sparks.
And I created momentum that couldn’t be ignored.

That’s why I push people to stop overcomplicating the process.
You don’t need a miracle… you need mastery.
You need consistency.
You need to stop abandoning what works every time it gets boring or when you aren’t seeing fast success.

Because success isn’t built in the hype.
It’s built in the follow-through.

It’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters, over and over again… until the results speak for themselves.

Not to impress.
But to build something real.
With discipline.
With intention.
And with a version of you that actually follows through.

It’s that time of year again!!!

Within just 1 week, I have the honor of being the keynote speaker at 3 incredible events.

I’ll be diving into the world of Gen Z at one, helping leaders understand how to better connect with and empower this next generation.

Then, I’m speaking directly to parents in the Plainfield School District. Equipping them with tools to support their kids with confidence and clarity.

To top it all off, I’ll be addressing over 400 Chicago Public Schools administrators to talk about what students really need right now to succeed inside and outside the classroom.

It’s going to be a powerful stretch of impact. Let’s gooo!!!

Had a great opportunity to be a keynote speaker at the Rise & Redefine Event this past Saturday!

Big thank you to Vitt Factor 1% Team member & executive Mason Ely for organizing this event and giving me the opportunity to lead a workshop on investing in yourself, designing the life you want to live, and committing to becoming 1% better every day.

Met with Illinois Senator Cappel about our shared missions of helping students.

We discussed the emerging trend of AI Cyberbullying and how our new assembly content will bring awareness & intervention.

Thankful she is endorsing Vitt Factor and introducing me to schools!
