Sam & JT’s wedding in Lake Tahoe was a dream—twice over. I had the privilege of planning not one, but two weddings for them over the past year, and watching it all come together was nothing short of extraordinary.

Sam’s resilience inspired me more times than I can count. No matter how hard or unexpected things got, she never wavered. Her attention to detail, her deep care for others, and her thoughtfulness in every decision made the entire planning process something special.

That same heart was felt throughout their wedding day, as guests traveled from all over the country to celebrate them. Every moment was intentional. Every detail reflected their love.

It was truly an honor to be a part of it all.

✨The Griers✨
“Can we still be friends?” - Sydney after making me cry at the end of their wedding day.

Whenever I’m asked my favorite part of my job, it usually begins with me trying to answer the question with zero emotion because if I think about it too long I’ll start crying. My answer is watching my clients, who I generally spend anywhere from 12-15 months with, finally getting married and starting the next chapter of their lives. I get some variety of misty-eyed at every wedding.
My least favorite part is always the end: because then it’s over, and saying goodbye is the absolute hardest part of my job.
Of all the weddings we’ve done, I don’t think I’ve cried more than at the end of this one.
Sydney & Matt - You are both such amazing people, and I love your love. You are the perfect balance of carefree and grounded , funny and serious. I cannot wait to watch this next chapter unfold for you both. If your story is a testament to anything - it’s how incredible and adventure filled everything that comes next is going to be.
