Congratulations to Dover on their impressive victory! I definitely didn’t do this balloon setup on my own; thanks to my husband Jim for helping with transporting the 600 balloons to the locker rooms. And thanks to my two big helpers, Kristy and Tara, for blowing up another 200 and more balloons – I couldn't have pulled this off without your help. ❤️
