A little warm but at least there's a decent breeze. All setup for the Underwood football game up here at Underwood High School. Playing I-35. Kickoff at 7. We will be ready for food sales at 6. Part of our proceeds will be going to the Athletic Department! Swine-O-Mite! Gonna be Great! Let's Go Eagles!

Swine-O-Mite BBQ will be up at the Underwood High School this evening for the varsity football game against I-35. Kickoff is at 7. We will be ready for selling food at 6:00. Part of the proceeds tonight goes back to the Athletic Department at Underwood! Go Eagles! Swine-O-Mite! Gonna be Great!

So I was notified a week ago that Swine-O-Mite BBQ was nominated for the Best of Council Bluffs in two categories. Best BBQ & Best in catering! We are thankful for the support from everyone! This obsession I have is getting real! I'm pretty proud of it & thankful to so many folks! I will be sure to keep you posted on when voting starts. I believe voting starts September 23 & goes until October 6! This is a HUGE DEAL for us & I am hoping to get your vote! Swine-O-Mite! Gonna be Great! Stay tuned!
