Proud of these fine folks! They've been hammering away all year. Pray for them and their safety.

August was BUSY!

Our firefighters responded to more than 450 medical emergencies, more than 100 vehicle accidents with at least three (3) victim extrications, more than 250 fire-related incidents. Emergency calls included multiple childbirth-related calls, stabbings, a bomb-threat, and an aviation crash.

If you were watching the news last month, you know our crews spent HOURS in the heat battling wildland fires. Our teams did a great job saving structures and property.

This was in addition to attending several community events, high school football games, and sending members of SCESD 2 on TIFMAS deployments across the state.

Whew! Thank you to all of our first responders!

Scrolling through the gallery. It Still amazes me how much the effects scatter. You only see the full range of the effects with a long exposure (this was 3sec). Would love to capture this with a bride and groom in the foreground,…one day. 🤞

The ONLY day of the week that wasn’t 🌧️ raining. Everything went perfect!!! Special thanks to The Delanie Venue | Forney, Tx for letting me do the there. And to Kaufman County Fire Marshall Office for taking time out of their crazy day to send Jeff Out to keep us all safe! and of course, Chloe Tasby for trusting us with her vision. It looked fantastic. Stay tuned for the actual professional shots.
