WOW! What an incredible Halloween! 🎃

It was amazing seeing all of you and your incredible costumes! The restaurant was packed, with lines out the door, and we cannot thank everyone enough for showing up and supporting us.

It’s been an absolutely grueling day for our team, and we’ve decided to close a little earlier to give everyone some much-needed time to reset and recharge.

One last thing: We are human. We make mistakes, and when we do, we take responsibility and make them right. But even after receiving a full refund, continuing to be rude and disrespectful to our employees is simply unacceptable.

Our team works incredibly hard, and they deserve to be treated with basic kindness and respect.

Thank you to everyone who made today such a success! ❤️

Shout out to TruLeap Technologies in Filer! After a few weeks of phone troubles with another company, we called Tru Leap and they had us situated and running right away. We strongly reccomend them!

Our Trunk-Or-Treat with Those Two Chicks’ Events, LLC is tomorrow, 3 - 6! Lots of candy and goodies! There's so many places and things to do tomorrow, add us to your rotation to fuel you thru them all. KIDS EAT FREE ALL DAY w/adult purchase.

Brisket and tri tips are ready at noon today. The food truck is serving the staff at True West and then we'll have it at the CSI rodeo tonight 5 - 9 College of Southern Idaho. If you need a bbq fix on the other side of town, the rodeo is a great chance!

🐃🦴 We're picking up a WHOLE COW LEG from 7k Tarentaise Ranch in Shoshone, ID. This massive chunk of meat is spending the next few days smoking, and we'll bring it to the craftshow on Saturday. It'll be mounted over live-fire on our Santa Maria grill, and we'll pull and chop big chunks for some legit street-side, Food Dude-style bbq tacos and burritos. 🌮🌯

Smoked Turkeys are the same price we've charged the last two years: just $50! We will carve them for you for FREE, & there will again be an option to have yours given a fast-fry in beef tallow to crisp the skin.

🥩 We have smoked Brisket, Prime Rib, & Tri Tip available by the pound for those of you wanting beef options this year, along with some of the classic Thanksgiving sides.
