🔥🌶🔥🌶 Our first ever Week of Heat goes this Tuesday thru Sunday!!! Featuring 5 different SPICY SPECIALS built with layers of heat on top of heat, these dishes are designed to punish! Special shout out to His and Hers for their SPICY sauces and whole pepper blend that will take the heat profiles up several notches while never sacrificing flavor.

Who's going to take on this challenge with us? Those of you that have ALL 5 SPICY SPECIALS will receive a custom shirt, a bottle of our Angry Wife hot sauce, and a Food Dude gift card. You don't have to eat the entire dish to qualify, but you have to take at least 2 bites! We're not totally heartless though: FREE POPSICLES & FREE ICE CREAM are available for some relief.
At least 2 Specials will be available each day for those of you that can't make it every day.

Here's the SPICY SPECIALS, which ones are you going to try?

Meet the Reaper: Buffalo brisket cheesesteak made w/spicy smoked brisket, grilled peppers, onions, & jalapenos. Topped w/ranch, His and Hers HOT Carolina Reaper Buffalo sauce, melty pepper jack cheese, and our week-long marinated habanero-pepperoncini blend. Served on a jalapeno cheddar roll from The Geekery Bakery

The Spicy Swine: Smoked Falls Brand pork chops brined overnight in Chile de arbol and habanero sauce. Seasoned w/paprika, garlic, and habanero powder. Topped w/hot Chicago Giardiniera and Jalapeno Salsa Verde.

Mother's Mercy Chicken Sandwich: Fried chicken thighs marinated in buttermilk and Chili P, dunked in Creepin Reaper sauce from His and Hers, topped w/blueberry habanero sauce, coleslaw, pepper jack cheese, and spicy house pickles. Served on a jalapeno cheddar bun from The Geekery Bakery.

The NOT Butt Burner Burger (because Tiffany doesn't like the name Butt Burner Burger): House ground brisket blended w/our ULTRA HOT dried pepper mixture from His and Hers. Smashed, seared, and topped w/habanero pepper jelly, spicy house pickles, pepper jack cheese, & lettuce. Served on a jalapeno cheddar bun from The Geekery Bakery.

SPICY MEAT-a-BALL-a!: Smoked Italian meatball sub made w/house ground Wagyu beef cheeks, our ULTRA HOT dried pepper mixture from His and Hers, and spicy marinara. Served on a toasted Jalapeno Cheddar hoagie roll from The Geekery Bakery. Topped w/habanero jack cheese, The Angry Wife, and our week-long marinated habanero-pepperoncini blend.

We're headed out of town tomorrow for a final getaway with the kids before they go back to school--and will be gone for about 5 days--so come get your BBQ fix!

Tonight at Filer Family Night we're supporting the local Longhorn Legends youth group as they raise money to go to Texas this October! A portion of all our sales will go toward their trip--a really awesome opportunity for local youth! We're also teaming up with White Barn Bakeryto put together some Raffle Baskets (available tonight).

I need your help! We've had a growing number of requests for hats and other merch, so we're going to have some stuff made that we can give out as prizes (or sell at cost if there's really a demand)

I'm looking for people who can print or embroider designs and logos onto shirts (I'll provide the designs and shirts). Also people who can laser engrave logos and designs onto water bottles (I'll provide the bottles). Maybe people that do leather patches?

I'd prefer to give someone on here the business, before I start looking online! (I'd REALLY prefer to avoid opening the can of toxic worms that Rants and Raves can be, but we'll try that if we strike out here).
