Outdoor weddings are beautiful, but anyone who has planned a wedding in Oklahoma knows the weather can change quickly.

When planning an outdoor wedding, having a solid backup plan is just as important as planning the ceremony itself. For this couple, the original plan was to have their ceremony outdoors and their reception outside as well. When the weather shifted, we moved the reception indoors so they could keep celebrating without letting the change derail the day.

A good wedding coordinator isn’t just there for the timeline. We’re there to anticipate the unexpected, make quick adjustments, and keep things moving when the plans need to change.

The weather may not always cooperate, but your wedding day can still go exactly where it needs to.
