Pain went directly to Peter Obi!

Professor Wole Soyinka, the first and only Nobel Laureate from Nigeria, marked his 90th birthday, and Peter Obi did not even acknowledge him. On General Gowon's 90th birthday, Peter Obi described him as 'an enemy to be forgiven'. An upstanding EFCC agent, Aminu Sahabi Salisu, was murdered by an alleged criminal named Joshua Chukwubueze Ikechukwu while performing his lawful duties in Awka, Anambra, and Obidients began sullying his reputation with outright falsehoods. At the same time, Peter Obi, who is from Anambra, said nothing.

Yet, when a blogger marked his birthday, Peter Obi celebrated him as though he was the King of Nigeria.

Ask yourself this question: If Obi can ghost Professor Wole Soyinka, who went to prison for 22 months because of his efforts to prevent the Nigerian Civil War, and can refer to General Gowon, who fought for Nigeria's unity, as an "enemy" (his exact words), and can disdain an officer of the law, but venerate a blogger, then what type of President would he be?

A President like Obi could declare a national holiday on Nnamdi Kanu's birthday and celebrate Simon Ekpa as a national hero!
