This past weekend, Carabelle’s had the opportunity to assist with a wedding rehearsal dinner at Dresser Mansion . In the clutch, we were able to take this from vision to fruition for this growing family.

We are forever grateful for our partnerships with Tulsa Area United Way , , Green Country Workforce , and to bring in our most recent culinary Cohort! Ex*****on was flawless - Proving once again when we all come together, we can create something truly beautiful 😍 👩🏽‍🍳💐💜

Carabelle’s had the honor of catering the 2026 NAREB Mid-Winter Conference, held at the Greenwood Rising History Center in Tulsa. This year’s theme—“Closing the Gap: Advocacy • Affordability • Access”—brought together Black real estate leaders and advocates to push forward the movement for Black wealth and homeownership.

We served up smoked chicken (with huge gratitude to Joshua & Zenita Rountree of A2Zee Cooking&Catering !) With our house peach bbq sauce, southern-style green beans, four-cheese mac & cheese, green goddess salad, and peach cobbler. For drinks: butterfly pea berry mocktails and fresh tea.

This is what community looks like—collaboration, culture, and legacy all in one. When we come together, we feed more than just the body; we nourish the movement.
