She is facing this battle all over again and has gone into surgery. Please pray for her healing, strength, comfort, and peace as she recovers. Pray that God guides her doctors and nurses, eases her pain, calms her fears, and gives her the courage to take this one day at a time.

She has already fought so hard, and I know she’s tired of having to be strong. Please remind her through your prayers that she is not alone and that she is deeply loved.

💪 140 POUNDS DOWN… 20 MORE TO GO! 🔥

I don’t post this to brag. I post this because I’m DAMN PROUD of how far I’ve come, and maybe, just maybe, somebody out there needs a little motivation today.

140 POUNDS GONE! Let that sink in.

At 60 years old, I’m proving to myself that age is just a number and it’s NEVER too late to change your life.

This journey hasn’t been easy. There have been early mornings, sore muscles, days I didn’t feel like showing up, and plenty of battles with myself.

Between running businesses, working crazy hours, and everything else life throws at me, finding time for ME hasn’t always been easy.

But I made a commitment to myself, and I’m keeping it.

I’m not where I want to be just yet, but I’m a hell of a long way from where I started.

And here’s something I’ve learned along the way…

The scale tells you how much you weigh. It doesn’t tell you how strong you’ve become, how much discipline you’ve developed, or how many battles you’ve won.

A huge shoutout to my FIT BODY BOOT CAMP family for pushing me, encouraging me, and helping me become a better version of myself.

I’m 60. I’m down 140 pounds. I’ve got 20 more to go.

And I’m NOT DONE YET! 💪🔥

If you’re struggling with your own journey, please don’t give up. Start where you are. Do what you can. Just keep showing up.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be consistent.

The best investment I’ve ever made is in MYSELF.
