Hello loves!!

Life has slowed down in the very best ways. I LOVE working as a private chef. Taking care of my dear clients brings me great joy.

Best of all, it allows me to spend more time with my friends and family being able to help them celebrate, too. Such exciting news to share in the upcoming months.

We have been catering private parties on the weekends. Amazing clients. Super fun menus. Love being a part of our clients best memories.

We live in a beautiful barn in the woods now. We go for a long walks, we visit with the flowers, and all of our Woodland creature friends.

Please reach out to me to book a Cooking Class, A Private Dinner, your next in-home celebration. You provide the kitchen and we will bring the magic. I am very grateful to tell you that we are practically booked solid for the summer. I have a few dates available in September, October, and November.

Last weekend we had the pleasure of providing a Surprise Party for Amanda. We rented out the kitchen at for a Charcuterie Class and a Three course Plated Dinner.

Learning how to fold a meat rose 🌹 is a valuable skill. Each guest had a chance to build their own custom Charcuterie box. Next, guests gathered at the table for a Penne Vodka course. The Main was Chicken Piccata, Risotto, and Garlic Green Beans. Finished with a Happy Birthday Chocolate Torte.

We loved working with this family to celebrate Amanda’s Birthday!

This winter I worked with the incredibly talented, Miana Jun, on this article for the latest Edible Magazine.

We had over a dozen plates selected for the shot. It was our cast iron skillet that made the Final Cut by the editor. I use that pan almost everyday. Makes great fried eggs.

We had so much fun with this photoshoot. I appreciate the shout out.

Despite the madness of the world, we are settling into our Barto Barn. Slowly but surely.

It is a humble beginning. Grateful for slow, quiet mornings. And the joy to continue to be able to do what we love.

When Erin contacted me for a gift certificate for a special Valentine’s Day gift for Kyle, I was thrilled. I love teaching cooking classes.

For their custom menu she chose:

Caesar salad with my Lemon Garlic Hummus Caesar Dressing and freshly baked Croutons. We made buttery Garlic Bread. Ricotta Gnocchi. Two kinds of Meatballs: Beef and Italian Sausage. A quick Basil Marinara. Then we prepped Tiramisu for an after dinner treat.

They make a great team and enjoyed learning new techniques in the kitchen. I was very impressed with their skills! The meal turned out to be beautiful and Delicioso!!
