Absolutely loved it 🥰
This year, my uncle ordered my cousin's birthday cake from me as a surprise. He wanted to order her a Chiffon cake with whipped frosting and strawberries.
When I say I'm happy to try something new, I mean it. I have never made a chiffon cake before! Or use whipped frosting 😅 If anyone knows my cousin, she went to school and got a culinary degree, won in State Competition, and participated in the National Competition! So I was a little extra nervous 😂
She said the Chiffon cake was so light, fluffy, and sooo good!!! I was also told that Chiffon is one of the most complicated cakes to make because of the science behind it. She even said my strawberry cutting was good 😏
