The Flava Spot journey started long before I owned a business. I began my culinary career working in country clubs and fine dining, where I learned discipline, professionalism, and what it truly means to deliver high-quality service.
Those kitchens shaped me, but they also showed me I wanted more, creative freedom, bold flavors, and something of my own. Stepping out on faith, I turned my experience into The Flava Spot, a catering business built on passion, consistency, and a love for bringing people together through food.
From country club kitchens to owning my own brand!!! This journey has been nothing but growth. And this is only the beginning.
