Hello photo peeps... it's been awhile since I tossed out an update....

This was my busiest fall photo season yet... I had soo many sports photos and seniors pics going on i couldn't even keep up editing... and to top it off I was dealing with severe gallbladder attacks. The Dr suggested surgery in Sept but i was able to limp myself through to October when it slowed down. I took a few weeks to get the surgery and try to not focus on photos and recoup. I had a post op apt last week and this week... I am still on light duty they say for two more weeks but I am back to editing photos and dropping off orders.

Be looking for some new senior sneaks in the next week 🙃 i cant believe we are going into winter sports already 🫣

i would like to say i take decent photos.... but i don't feel like i can take a lot of credit here because she did all the work and made what i do easy..... 😍

a lot of the seniors i have taken photos for school or sports year after year as they have grown up... it's hard to believe they are now beautiful young adults and not littles anymore... tying to get them to just stand still for one quick second to snap a shot, where we were trying to hide a popsicle smile, chocolate smudges, dirty hands or scuffed knees in the photo.

Riley i wish you the best in your senior year and everything after it.

he thought when his mom told him he had senior pictures that meant he was showing up with his truck and he got to skate with 'A' photo and call it a wrap... we took a few more and he was a good sport about it. Thank you Cameron for putting up with me and just going with it.

WHAT TIME OF YEAR IS IT.... SENIOR TIME 😍📸
One of my favorite times of year...

I have been asked a lot recently what I like to photograph... and it's sports, seniors and family photos. This is my 25th year doing photography. If you would have asked me what I wanted to focus on photographing 25 years ago- I would have said weddings and newborns. I never wanted to do sports photos and now I look forward to all the athletes and their love of the sport they are playing and I get to capture that. The first session I ever did was a senior session and I can easily say they still are something I look forward to. I am a creative person and these types of sessions let me create with the passions, energy and props they bring with them.

This happens to be a pretty special senior to start off my season with... it has been fun to watch him grow up and it is an an honor to get to capture this milestone for him. Cooper I hope you have a great senior year!!
