We’re still glowing from our very first Chopped Outlandish Dinner at Mistletoe Retreat—and now you can feel it too.

From Chef Zakari Davila’s unexpected flavor twists to heartfelt stories shared over passed plates, it was one of those nights that just felt different. The kind you wish you could bottle up and play back… so we did.

A Night to Remember at Mistletoe Retreat ✨

Last week marked something truly special—the debut of the very first Chopped Outlandish Dinner, hosted at Mistletoe. With Chef Zakari Davila at the helm, guests enjoyed a three-course outdoor meal full of inventive twists and bold flavors, from pop rocks on oysters to collard greens inspired by his winning Chopped dish.

It was more than a dinner—it was an experience. Guests dined under the oak tree, brought their own plates to share their stories, and rated each course like true Chopped judges. The creativity, the conversations, and the laughter made the night unforgettable.

We're so grateful to everyone who made this inaugural event such a success, including Linda Lea and the Chopped team, Courtney Atkins and Simply Entertaining, and the Ausley family.
