What does a Wedding Planner's schedule look like? My schedule isn't just "wedding here, wedding there". I sprinkle in planning meetings with each couple, tours, consultations, vendor meetings, and more. My calendars look like my wedding timelines - precise, color-coded, and very detailed.

Stay tuned for lots of wedding, meeting, and tour content over the next few weeks. It's behind the scenes busy season before the real busy season starts! Although we have a gap in weddings over the next two months, we have a few big projects going on this summer. Busy wedding season starts back up in August, and we have so many fun things to share!

Let's talk about TIMELINES

Wedding Planner POV: Creating your wedding day timeline is so much more than plugging times into a spreadsheet.

As planners, we’re not just asking, “What time does the ceremony start?”

We’re asking:

* How long will hair & makeup *actually* take?
* Does the photographer need extra travel time between locations?
* How long will it take the florist to repurpose ceremony flowers into the reception space?
* Can the band finish soundcheck before guests arrive?
* Is sunset at the perfect time for golden hour photos?
* How far away is vendor parking, and will vendors need extra time to walk equipment to the venue?
* Did we leave enough buffer time so the couple can actually *breathe* and enjoy the day?

A wedding timeline is:
