Fifi’s Functions was the caterer for a Surprise 80th Birthday Party. Lots of Appetizers and Birthday Cake. Great event! Great feedback from guests.

Fifi's Functions catered a fun 70th Birthday Event last night. The menu was several appetizers set up in stations. This was hosted at the home of the Birthday Girl and her husband. Very sweet couple and they’re Dawgs Fans! Lots of great compliments on the display and yumminess of the appetizers. Pulled Pork Sliders, Meatballs in Marinara, Smokies in BBQ Sauce, Chicken Salad Croissants, Veggie Cups, Crab Dip, Shrimp Cocktail and a big Charcuterie Board.

Fifi's Functions catered a fun event for the Lemon Drop Girls. The menu featured Roasted Red Pepper Gouda Soup with Croutons and Chives, Garden Salad with Dressing, Yeast Rolls, Triple Chocolate Mousse and Strawberry Shortcake. Great reviews from the crowd!

Beautiful and scrumptious Dessert Buffet for 150 people. St. Catherine’s Social Group hosted a Comedy and Desserts Night featuring Fifi's Cakes & More delectable desserts. Over 700 individual desserts! See video in comments.

We catered a wonderful Post-Valentine’s Day Party for The Villages Couples Dining Out Social Group last night. This was a full-service catering job which included centerpieces for the guest tables, tablecloths, table runners and decor for the buffet and dessert tables. Each of the 69 guests enjoyed table side Salad with dressings and freshly made Sour Dough Bread, entree selections of Lasagna, Chicken Scampi, Eggplant Parmesan, Meatballs in Marinara Sauce, Penne Pasta, Marinara Sauce, Marinara Sauce with Ground Beef, Alfredo Sauce and Scalloped Potatoes. The Dessert Buffet included a signature Candy Bar Cake and a Banana Split Cake, Caramel Apple Pie, Strawberry Shortcake, Peach Cobbler, Mini-Cheesecakes of Key Lime, Death by Chocolate and NY-Style with Strawberry Glaze, an assortment of cookies (Strawberry Kiss, Kaufman’s Thumbprints, Strawberry Thumbprints, Raspberry Thumbprints, Lemon Pie Cookie Cups, Peanut Butter with Red Sanding Sugar, Wedding). I recently catered a 60th Birthday Party for over 100 people. I provided full-service catering...Appetizers, Buffet Dinner and Desserts. My clients, Parker and Cheryl, were amazing to work with. They posted the following review on the Reviews tab on this page but thought I'd share it in the Posts section too.

This is WHY I do what I do!

"We were looking for a company to cater a 60th birthday party at one of the regional recreation centers in The Villages. We planned for 100 people. First we talked with a couple of restaurants that also cater. The cost was high and there was limited flexibility. We continued to search.
We ran across Phyllis’ Fifi’s Functions and looked at lots of pictures of her wonderful desert options. Evidently some people cater events that are deserts only. We called her and found out she was also a full service caterer.
We met with Phyllis and we were immediately impressed with her organizational skills and offerings. Our confidence continued to increase and we were able to plan an event with “deluxe” appetizer, meal, and desert choices. We were looking for something more extensive than the typical BYOB, buffet with chicken, green beans, and sheet birthday cake. We were picky about the bread and wanted something other than cold “out of the bag” grocery store rolls. She searched and finally found a bakery that made fresh sourdough bread loaves! The large rec centers have warming ovens and large refrigerators. Her service people were able to serve hot bread. Thank you Phylis 😀.
As mentioned, Phyllis is very professional. She went out of her way to please us. We got lots and lots of positive comments from our guests about how great the catering was. I can’t recommend FiFi’s Functions highly enough. 5 🌟

Holy Sh’mokes Cigar and Wine Lounge is one of the newest businesses in The Villages. Larry and Natalie Fagan have done an incredible job of creating a welcoming environment for you to enjoy only the best ci**rs, wine and/or coffee while comfortably socializing with friends. Fifi's Functions was honored to cater their Ribbon Cutting/Grand Opening Event. We prepared Chicken Salad Croissants, Ham and Cheese Stacks, BBQ Meatballs, Spinach Wontons, Fruit Cups, Cheese Board, Assorted cookies to include Macadamia Nut White Chocolate Chip, Lemon Bar Cookie Cup, Kauffman’s Thumbprints, Snickerdoodles, Wedding Cookies, Raspberry Almond Thumbprints and a custom cookie with their logo.

Happy 75th Birthday Danny! Fifi's Functions was honored to be the Event Planner and Caterer for this fun event. Event Planning included invitation design, contracting Clark Barrios for entertainment and Tipsy Gypsy for bartending, floor plan design and setup, organizing table/chair rental, designing centerpieces, etc. to Full-Service Catering. Menu included Appetizers of Shrimp Cocktail, Pigs 'N Blanket, Apricot Brie Bites, Roasted Pepper Caprese, Fruit Tray, Cheese and Cracker Tray. Dinner included Salad with Dressings, Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Meatballs, Penne Pasta, Basil Pesto, Marinara Sauce, Meat Sauce, Garlic Bread, Birthday Cake, Key Lime Mousse and Cheesecakes with Fresh Fruit. Entrees were served by my amazing team of Jim, Bobbi and Lynne.

From the time we met Phyllis back in October, to the day after Danny’s 75th birthday party, Jan.5th, we were impressed with her attention to detail, helpful suggestions, professionalism and lovely personality. I have MANY wonderful photos of the event, but have not had a chance to edit and crop them yet (& am having trouble including any in this post ☹️). However, I did want to post this review while everything is fresh in our minds. Phyllis delivered on everything she promised, kept us on task during the process, and her staff was OUTSTANDING! She wanted us to enjoy our party, and that we did, along with about 65 friends and family! Nothing but RAVE REVIEWS! THANK YOU!
