Due to some recent unfortunate events, I’ve had to update my banner booking policies.
I’ve always tried to be as understanding and flexible as possible when it comes to deposits and payments because I know custom banners are a luxury, not a necessity. I truly believe everyone should have access to life’s little celebrations.
Effective immediately, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and mockups will only be sent once the deposit has been received.
If you need to cancel your order before a mockup has been started, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after a mockup has been completed and sent, your deposit will be refunded minus a $10 design fee to cover the time spent creating your custom design.
These changes weren’t made lightly, but they are necessary to protect both my time and my business. Thank you all for your understanding, continued support, and for choosing Top Shelf Designs to be a part of your special moments. ❤️
