When planning your event, it’s perfectly okay to send me an inspiration photo and say:

“Hey! This is my inspiration picture, and this is my budget. How can we create something like this—or something similar—that fits within my budget? Do you have other options that would work for what I can spend?

Inspiration photos help me understand your vision. From there, I am happy to suggest creative alternatives that still give you the same look and feel while staying within your budget.

Why Communication Matters

I also want to share something many people don’t think about.

A lot of times, potential clients ask me one question, I answer it, and then the conversation ends. But what many don’t realize is that a simple conversation can change everything.

A Real Example

I recently had someone who wanted to ask me something but didn’t feel comfortable doing so. Her partner encouraged her by saying, “You won’t know until you ask.”

She finally reached out, explained her situation and the “why” behind it, and because she was open and transparent, we were able to find common ground.

In the end, she is getting everything she wants for her event all because we had a conversation.

I Can’t Help What I Don’t Know

I’m human just like everyone else, so I understand that budgets, circumstances, and expectations are different for everyone.

But I can’t help with something I don’t know.

If you don’t tell me your vision, your concerns, or your budget, I can’t offer solutions that may actually work for you.

My Goal Is to Help You

Yes, this is my business but I also genuinely love helping people, to a certain extent.

My goal isn’t just to book events. It’s to help bring your vision to life in a way that works for both of us.
