Let me tell you a story about my famous “Ube Crinkles” Ube is refers to a sweet purple yam a staple of Filipino Cuisine.
Almost 2 yrs ago when unexpected things happen to my family, when my Sister was in ICU for a whole Month before she pass i did a fundraiser to help for her Hospital bill i’ve been making Ube yam and use it for my Ube Crinkle cookie. She’s been wanting me to put a cream cheese to try, but i told her might be to much sweet people don’t like to much flavor.. Until when i start fundraising i tried and play how to put cream cheese without over board the sweetness.. And i’m surprised people start liking and loving it.. After all the trials and playing around recipe finally got to the people’s taste. This is always been the best seller for me.. And for the memory of my Sister. Hope you proud of me.. This is all for you and for keep pushing me to keep going through more my expectations.. 🙏🏻😘💕
To all the people supporting my small business and loyal friends, thank you for always reminding me to keep going no matter how many failures you tried.. To my hubby and kids for always supporting and be there behind my back thank you🙏🏻
We will keep working on our food Truck in God’s will.. This Month is been so busy and the blessing keep pouring, to God be the glory🙏🏻❤️
